Charmaine’s career has seen her at the Board table of regulated, profit for member, industry superannuation funds and investment funds, as Company Secretary and responsible for whole of organisation decision making for over 22 years, and as a non-executive director of a private health insurer for over 10 years.

Charmaine’s leadership, creativity and approach to complex problem-solving has seen her responsible for overseeing the implementation of a full range of trustee decisions, including developing and executing board strategy, governance and risk frameworks.

Highlights include establishing new funds, implementing ESG frameworks, overseeing the achievement of capital raising targets, governance reviews and reorganization, working with and overseeing the performance of global investment managers, administrators, asset consultants and building deep trust with Australian and overseas investors and shareholders.

Charmaine’s understanding of the obligations of decision makers in a regulated world, together with her approach to recognise the extensive experience and value that can be derived from decision makings, enables solutions that add measurable value to an organisation.  Charmaine’s focus is on designing and implementing strategic purpose and then ensuring frameworks are delivered to support effective decision making, bringing strategic purpose and a sense of achievement throughout an organisation.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment as well as Financial Planning and is a Fellow of FINSIA, ASFA and a graduate of AICD.

Paul has demonstrated success in delivering to clients a broad range of operational, company secretarial, compliance, risk management and governance outcomes.  Paul’s expertise and abilities have been moulded by a diverse and exciting career.  Paul has extensive international experience having worked in London, the Cayman Islands and Luxembourg where he gained company secretarial, operational, compliance, and governance exposure with hedge funds and other offshore investment structures.

Paul has worked with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors to help deliver and operate investment structures and platforms designed to meet client needs. His experience in Australia includes roles in investment operations for ANZ Investments and ING, as well as 10 years’ experience delivering operational, governance, risk and compliance outcomes for managed investment schemes.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Economics degree majoring in Banking and Finance, both from the University of Newcastle, Australia. He is a Chartered Company Secretary having completed the Qualifying Scheme with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) in the UK and has also completed a Diploma in Corporate Governance. Paul has also qualified as a Certified Practicing Risk Associate and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
